Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredients: 360 mg Alginic Acid (derived from brown seaweed), 72 mg Magnesium Carbonate/tablet
Non-medicinal Ingredients: (alpha) berry flavour, calcium stearate, sodium bicarbonate, sugar.

Directions
Adults and children ages 12+: Chew 2-4 tablets when symptoms occur, or take as directed by a doctor. Use daily up to a maximum 11 tablets/day. Do not swallow whole.

Warnings
CAUTION: Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks or recur. Except under your doctor’s advice, if pregnant or on a low salt diet do not exceed 3 tablets per day, do not take if you suffer from kidney disease or within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness may be altered. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid excessive humidity.
